Where does Oolyses ship?
We proudly ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm we can deliver to your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two delivery experiences:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx with tracking. Processed in 1-2 business days, delivered 10-15 days after dispatch. Perfect when you need that perfect jumpsuit or dinner date dress quickly.
- Free Standard Shipping: For orders $50+ via EMS service. Same careful processing (1-2 days) with delivery in 15-25 days after dispatch. Ideal for building your versatile wardrobe with mix-and-match pieces.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track directly through your account on our website. From our Santa Clara headquarters to your doorstep, we keep you informed every step of the way.
Why is my tracking information not updating?
Carrier tracking typically updates within 24-48 hours after dispatch. If you don’t see updates after this time, please:
- Check the carrier’s website directly using your tracking number
- Wait 1 more business day as international shipments may have scanning delays
