  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We’re not responsible for delays caused by customs or other unforeseen circumstances.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Oolyses pieces as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, our returns process is simple and straightforward.

Return Policy Details:

  • Returns and exchanges accepted within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging required

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on lingerie, bodysuits, or leggings unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

How to Return or Exchange:

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging
  4. Ship It Back: Send to our Santa Clara facility (3415 Brookdale Dr, Santa Clara, US 95051) using a trackable method

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective/incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • International customers: Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges

Refund Process:

  • Refunds processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Exchanges shipped once return is received
  • International refunds issued in USD
